Hammond-Beyer Health Center PA offers a variety of services in a safe, professional setting with the emphasis on providing you the care that you need to be healthy and whole. We accept referrals, including self-referral, for any of our individual services listed, or you may want to start with a health consultation to help ascertain your needs and what services we may have to offer that could be of benefit. We also refer within our center as well as to other health care providers in the area.
