A six week program to enhance your life through learning to live in the present moment
Research shows that mindfulness is connected to healing and life satisfaction and it is used to treat anxiety, stress, depression and pain. Meditation and other mindfulness strategies will be presented. Open to new and returning participants (new techniques included).

Daytime course begins Wednesday August 24th, 1:15 to 2:45 pm
Evening course begins Thursday August 25th, 6:15 to 7:45pm
Course fee: $120 for new participants; $100 for returning participants.
